I get severely cold neck during summer

I am having a issue with my neck it gets really cold, I have noticed this happens both when I'm under AC or even outside in front of direct sun. I earlier thought this was due to summer cold which I usually get whole summer. I am also allergic to dust so as a precaution I take citrazen or montelukast for that. So can you please help with my neck problem and the summer cold issue. Thank you.

Difficult to understand what you mean when you say that your "neck gets really cold". Better to consult an Orthopedic surgeon in your area.
