Left side neck swelling is to be evaluated clinically.By history to examination we may exclude the possibilities of TB, lymphadenopathy,lipoma/cyst or rarely metastasis in your age.
Next Steps
CBC,CRP,ESR, high frequency USG of the swelling.
Health Tips
Consult physically to surgeon or video consultation

If you don't have other symptoms like fever or weight loss then most likely you've enlarged lymph node. I would suggest to consult a surgeon and do FNAC and CBC to rule out metastasis or lipoma.
Next Steps
Do FNAC,Ultra sound Neck and CBC
