Hi your mood swings is causing you disturbance in different areas of life. Have you any time try to introspect the reason for fluctuation in mood/ feelings that you are experiencing. if you were aware of the reason didn't you come out of this issue. what is making you to think negatively, of what the thought process is filled with negative, its feeling of insecure, uncomfortable, scared and unhappy about which aspect you are feeling.
As I know this is not place to discuss, just introspect yourself, calm down for a while, try to share your feelings whom you feel comfortable. You can take the help of psychologist or psychiatrist in your place, get better analysis and guidance to lead peace full life. take care, stay positive. try not to feel yourself depressed/ hopelessness. you have the capability to handle the issue.
