I can understand your concerns regarding your overall health and well being . Sleep gets disturbed due to various reasons and stressors around us . It seems that there is some underlying negative event which is causing these distressing symptoms. For better sleep hygiene you can practice these -- try and avoid having a heavy meal or caffeine at night , take a warm shower , have a cup of warm milk or relaxing tea , avoid using your phone / laptop till late , try and talk to close family members or friends , practice deep breathing and meditation . You can also try and go for regular exercise which will be beneficial . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for further evaluation and a treatment program .
