  4. Can't sleep. Help me what i have to do?

Dear sir/mam I am 21 year engineering student. I have hobby to read novels and love stories. Some days ago, I was read a story. And that story is fit in my mind. Now that story is run in my mind continuously because of that I can't sleep since 6 to 8 days. So I went to general physician, he gave me alzolam tablet .25 mg. But after taking alzolam I feel tired during whole day. Please help me what I have to do?
