Pl help me in reducing weight.. I have been suffering from CSF rhinnorhea for 2 years.. due to surgeries,bed rests, medications I got overweight now I want to reduce my weight so badly.. I stopped sugar intake,junk foods and maida.. but still my weight keeps on increasing.. kindly help..

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
