Have you got your tests done - like HB, Vit. B12, Vit D etc.? Sometimes deficiency of these also mimic anxiety symptoms. Working on anxiety is important to stop compulsive eating.
Next Steps
Get these tests done and let me know results. If they are normal, then anxiety needs to be treated.
Health Tips
Guided meditation and counselling helps a lot in anxiety. Medications need to be taken lifelong with plenty of side effects. l
