Hi thanks for your question & I will be happy to help u. For hypothyroidism - avoid too much fibres foods , little mix of refined wheat like maida/ flour. Also add little more iodine rich salt not more than 3 GM whole day. Avoid spinach, local greens, cauliflower, cabbage ,avocados. Rest all okay. Cam add little more onion & garlic. Avoid all seeds, soya, soya foods or oils. Very less or low quantity sprouts. For cardio - avoid all fried, spicy, oily foods. No trans or saturated fats rich foods or meals. Only 2 tsf or 20 ml white plain oil. No butter, ghee, cheese, creams rich or process foods. No out side street or occasionally foods .home made simple foods with basic strew, soup ,vegetables, egg white 1, mug dal only. Chana, curd , skim milk max 200/ml or same dairy foods.
