Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Although it depends on ur height, but still u should increase consumption of carbs n simple sugars like sugar, glucose, honey , jaggery etc. Take at least two calorie dense fruits daily like Bananas, chiku, mango, litchi,grapes, pineapples etc. Take at least 200-250g of starchy veg like potatoes, sweet potatoes, yam etc. Increase protein content of Ur diet by including both veg n non veg sources like paneer, eggs, chicken, fish, whole pulses n legumes like soyabeans, green grams. Peanut butter is a good source too Add cream, butter, ghee to ur chapatis, bread, dal . Take nuts daily like two walnuts, six almonds n dry fruits like raisins, dates etc
Next Steps
do some exercise daily at least for 30 minutes
