How to Maintain my weight

Hello Dr, My current weight is 62kg, I want to reduce a minimum of 4-5kg in 2 months. My diet - breakfast - veg sandwich/ Plain paratha with milk tea Lunch - 2Roti with Vegetables or Dal Post Lunch- 1 cup green tea Evening Snack - 1cup coffee with dry fruits Dinner- 2Roti  with Vegetables or Rice with Dal Please suggest my diet to Maintain my weight. Due to Thyroid my weight has increased in the last 2-3months

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
