Hi..Actually human testicles doesn't die. It just loses its capacity to produce more semen due to ageing. To identify whether your semen is healthy or not you can give your semen for analysis. Semen should be sent for analysis after 7 days of abstinence. Normal quantity 1.5 ml to 3.5 ml Normal sperm     15 million in one ejaculate Normal motility >50% Normal morphology >40% Normal living sperms >75% pH of semen 7.35 to 7.45 Thank you

When there is a torsion there will not  be a blood supply to the testis
