Bleeding from testicles without injury
My father's testicles started bleeding without any injury. when we visited the first aid his blood pressure was 190/90 mmHG. they gave him first aid and we came home back. It seems like vein got explode and it started bleeding. I want to confirm if high blood pressure can cause this? In addition, what should be the action plan? visiting doctor etc
