Tab albendazole 400mg one after dinner, can be repeated after 15 days and then after 6 months. If you keep good food hygiene,  do not eat street food frequently,  have no symptoms like abdominal pain,  loose motion, flatulence, anal itching, skin allergies or dry cough, deworming is not necessary for adults.

Take albendazole 400mg as a single dose once every 6 months — that's it. Take it on an empty stomach or with food, both are fine. No special preparation needed. Safe for adults and children above 2 years. Best time is at bedtime.
