What is importance of deworming in adults
I am a 32-year-old man and I want to know what the importance of deworming in adults are. Why do adults need deworming? Are adults just as prone to parasites as kids are? How can one protect against these parasites from getting into our bodies and affecting us? How often must an adult be dewormed?

deworming is advised atleast once a year. adults need deworming because there is a mild chance of parasites getting in our body orally either due to poor hygiene or outside food. protection is to maintain hygiene and have well cooked food. yes adults are just as prone as kids to get infected by parasites.
