How to cure pitta

I have high pitta. My body feels hot when someone touch. I also have bad body odour, I get acnes on face and arms. Sometimes I also suffer from hemorrhoids. I get more farts and burps daily. How should I cure all these. Please suggest me a good diet and exercise plan.
