Hi. You don't have to take pills. You can get better through cognitive behavior therapy. Social anxiety is rooted in fear. Fear of embarrassment. Fear of being ridiculed. Fear of not putting up with people. So the cause we have to address that once the root cause is addressed you. It will be better able to deal with the anxiety and finally eliminate it.
