I am 27years old and working. I am.not able to do any excerise and yoga due to office work hours. I am putting on weight and belly fat basically..i have not increased weight top much ..I am 57kg my height is 5.2. Can you suggest me good diet and some home remedies ? What should i do to change my lifestyle

For reducing belly fat u hv to follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons.
