Hi! 😊 Your lipid report shows mildly elevated triglycerides with otherwise decent numbers for a 30 year old nothing dangerous right now. I can help bring these levels down quickly with simple diet and lifestyle changes. Book a quick consultation with me now so I can review both reports fully and give you a clear, personalized plan for peace of mind.
