High total T4, normal TSH and Total T3

Hi Doctors, I got my Thyroid profile done and the results are as below: TT3 - 1.14 TT4 - 13.040 TSH - 1.838 I got the test done during my menstruation cycle. Is a slightly elevated TT4 a cause of concern? Kindly advise. Thanks
