Hello, my friends has high TLC count i.e 16 with fever 100-102 and previously she had UTI too. Please suggest the next step and the best doc or department who can deal with it.

Next step  .consult a Doctor General physcian. They will suggest a proper antibiotic because both fever and UTI. My opinion is after consultation if you go through proper home diet and rest will get cured.
Next Steps
Good general physcian advice plus simpke home remedy. Drink plenty if water with jeera. it cools the body temperature is reduced. Fruits in the night.

It suggest patient is having infection , u should consult internal medicine doctor bcz he or she can prescribe u medication as ur weil felix reaction is positive , it's not uti its scrub typhus
