  4. High CRP and ESR. What should i do now?

High CRP and ESR

I am having fever and weakness from past 3-4 days, I have undergone blood tests where my CRP has come to 24 and ESR at 30, all other CBP Blood reports are under normal limits. What can be the reason. What should I do now ?
