High cholesterol

Sir,my hdl Cholesterol is 50mg/dl and ldl cholesterol is 167mg/dl.And total cholesterol is 253mg/dl.so what should i do right now.can you please suggest me,sir.what should i eat now to maintain diet.

Hello mam, Start ur day with exercise and walk. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Avoid package food, salty food, chips, table salt  etc. But result egg c , family
