I decided to stop my blood pressure medication and my blood pressure rise to 138/90 with heart rate 161 im feeling pain at back of my neck and dizzy am I on blood pressure medication for life time?

Please do not stop taking blood pressure medications suddenly. You must try to incorporate intensive lifestyle modifications first.it will take time and slowly if you are committed,you can reduce medicines over time,after consulting with a physician
