Thanks for asking me to respond.
At the age of 19,there are hardly any restrictions on any exercise that you can do. Only remember not to do anything that causes pain or extreme discomfort. Always do a warm up exercise like walking before you start your exercise routine. And then stretches. Then do type exercise program. Following that do a cool down walling as well. Go home and take a bath with warm water.
