The bone growing which is calcification is not the problem but the tightness and inflammation is the problem
foot wear should be spongy like it should be compressible so that it relieves all the stress from your body weight OFF THE HEEL..
The moment you wake up there should be soft footwear underneath your foot.. untill you do this is not going to work and would be taking longer time..

Do you have pain in other joints apart from the heel
