Im suffering with heel pain, when I woke up pain is so deep.. and unable to walk even. After small exercises it's some what better to walk

With Proper exercise the Problem can be Solved.. I suggest doing hot and Cold water foementation and Calf muscle Stretching exercises Specially the Sciatic nerve Sliding, will Solve the Problem. Also wearing heel Cushions will minimize Friction and Loading on Plantar Fascia.

Hai it may be due to calcaneus bone spur or if ur work place is long standing point of view at home u can do hot water fermentation and by the by check ur urea and creatinine two thing n mind one with the above said blood test or other with ur work load
