Possible causes of this may be heat exhaustion/heat exposure, dehydration, food infection or stomach irritation, or a viral fever.  You should take ORS, lemon water, coconut water, and a light diet like khichdi, daliya, banana, and toast, and take proper rest.  If you still have problems after this, you should visit our clinic. We will examine you properly and advise medications if needed.

This can happen after heat exposure and dehydration, and can improve well with proper hydration, rest and timely treatment. However, persistent fever, vomiting, weakness or low energy should not be ignored. Please consult with me once so I can assess the severity properly and guide you with the right medicines, fluids, diet and warning signs to watch for.
