Hlo sir or mam plz guide me. Previously, im 110 kg 6 months ago I'm 6 feet 1 inch guy By doing running zyming exercise 2 time running 11 km in a day eating boiled foods oats multigrain roti salad Brown rice, I lost my weight. Now I'm 69 kg But now I have become thin and lose the body mass of my hands and chest. I became lean, and my weight is now OK Or should I litle increased my weight If yes, then how many kilograms should I increase my weights more, and should I stop running 2 times in a day and If getting ideal weight, how much kilometre should I run to keep myself fit and fine

Healthy morning sir, According to your height your ideal weight is 85 kg. You are thin and underweight. 1. Eating more frequently. Slowly being 5-6 meals during the day. 2. Choosing foods with lots of nutrients 3. Top it off. 4. Try smoothie and shakes 5. Watch what and when you drink 6. Exercise: like- Bench press,squats , triceps dips, crunch, Burpee’s, push- ups , lunges, glute kickback.
