Headache with hotness

Hi, For past 4 days I have severe headache in both sides of head. Also i could feel my head is hot all these 4 days. I am working as a software engineer and i have to see laptop and mobile most times. Please suggest any solutions. Thanks

Wearing specs? Close your eyes for 5 to 10 seconds  after 20 t0 30 minutes..it will relax  your eyes
