Your MRI brain report is largely reassuring. There is no major brain abnormality, no tumor, no bleed, no stroke, no swelling, and no pressure effect seen on the scan. The line mentioning “few tiny VR spaces” refers to normal perivascular spaces that are usually incidental and not dangerous. The important finding here is bilateral ethmoid sinusitis, which means inflammation/infection in the sinus air cells between the eyes. This can definitely cause: * Daily headaches * Pressure over forehead/top of head * Pain shifting left/right side * Headache worsening on bending forward * Heaviness around eyes/nose However, because your headaches are recurring daily and respond temporarily to painkillers, there is also a possibility of: * Migraine * Tension-type headache * Or a combination of sinusitis + migraine Repeated painkiller use itself can also start causing rebound headaches.
Next Steps
1. Consult an ENT specialist for treatment of sinusitis. You may need: * Steam inhalation * Saline nasal rinse * Anti-allergic medication * Nasal steroid spray * Sometimes antibiotics if infection is significant 2. If headaches continue despite sinus treatment, see a neurologist to evaluate for migraine/tension headaches. 3. Avoid taking painkillers daily without supervision because frequent use can worsen chronic headaches. 4. Monitor for red-flag symptoms: * Vomiting * Blurred vision * Weakness/numbness * Fever with severe headache * Loss of consciousness * Speech difficulty If any appear, seek urgent medical care.
Health Tips
* Sleep regularly and avoid late nights * Stay hydrated * Reduce screen exposure and eye strain * Avoid skipping meals * Identify triggers like stress, strong smells, dehydration, excessive tea/coffee * Steam inhalation 2–3 times daily may help sinus pressure * Limit OTC painkiller use to avoid medication-overuse headache Your MRI does not suggest a serious brain disease, which is the most reassuring part here. Since the headaches are becoming daily, a proper ENT + migraine evaluation can usually help control them significantly and improve quality of life. If you want, you can also book an online consultation to discuss your headache pattern in detail and get a structured treatment plan instead of relying repeatedly on painkillers.

If MRI is normal, recurrent daily headaches are commonly related to migraine, stress, tension, sleep issues, eye strain or cervical causes and usually improve well with the right treatment plan 👍 a detailed consultation can help review your symptoms and reports properly and guide long term relief safely 🌸

Mri is normal, headache is most likely due to tension or anxiety. Take tab Ultracet one sos, for headache,  when it occurs. Tab Becosoule one morning and one evening for 15 days. Take a balanced diet,  maintain a regular sleeping, wake cycle. Get eyes also checked, particularly intra ocular pressure.

Daily headaches that provide temporary relief with painkillers but recur the next day often suggest a chronic primary headache disorder like Migraine or Tension-Type Headache (TTH). The recurring nature also raises the possibility of Medication Overuse Headache (MOH), where frequent use of painkillers actually triggers more headaches. Since your MRI is attached, we need to correlate the findings to rule out any structural issues, though most chronic headaches are 'functional' and don't show up on a standard MRI."

Health Tips
Daily painkillers are not a long-term solution; we need to start you on a 'prophylactic' (preventive) plan to break this cycle. Please book a full consultation to discuss your MRI and start a proper treatment plan.
