Hi What you’re describing sounds quite distressing headaches, heaviness, and even noticing blood from the mouth when stressed. Stress and overthinking can definitely trigger physical symptoms like tension headaches, heaviness, and raised blood pressure, but the bleeding from mouth is not something to ignore. That part could be from gums, teeth, or another medical cause, and it’s important to get it checked by a doctor alongside managing stress. From a psychological side, stress management techniques like slow breathing, guided relaxation, and CBT-based thought calming can reduce the intensity of headache and heaviness. But since you’re already on BP medicines, and bleeding is involved, combining therapy with a medical check-up is safest. This way you can rule out anything physical while learning to manage the stress loop that’s aggravating your symptoms. Take therapy. Stress , overthinking and headache can be symptoms of depression or anxiety spectrum disorders , which can further hamper your BP management. Your regular BP on medication seems to be controlled though.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for stress, overthinking and headache. Can consult an ENT for blood coming out from mouth.
Health Tips
Do not ignore these symptoms as they can get severe if not addressed, stress is bad for hypertension as well. Bleeding shouldn’t be ignored either . Get an expert examination at the earliest
