Based on your symptoms, it appears you may be experiencing sinusitis following your cold. The presence of yellow mucus and persistent headaches could indicate inflammation or infection in your sinuses. It's common for sinus congestion to linger after a cold, leading to discomfort. I recommend the following steps: Ensure you stay well-hydrated, as this can help thin the mucus. Try steam inhalation to relieve sinus pressure. Consider over-the-counter decongestants, which can assist in reducing your symptoms. However, for a more thorough evaluation and tailored treatment plan, I advise you to consult with me directly. You can reach out via WhatsApp at eight hundred nine eight two one three three two for further assistance.

Dear Patient, It sounds like you might be experiencing a sinus infection (sinusitis) following your cold. The fact that you're still producing yellow mucus and experiencing headaches suggests that your sinuses could be inflamed or infected. Possible Cause: After a cold, it’s common for sinus congestion to persist, leading to pressure and headaches, especially if there’s yellow mucus, which can indicate an infection.
Next Steps
Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids to help thin the mucus. Steam inhalation: This can help clear your sinuses and reduce pressure. Over-the-counter decongestants: They can help relieve sinus pressure. Be cautious with prolonged use. Pain relief: Consider using ibuprofen or paracetamol for headache relief. If symptoms persist or worsen (fever, facial pain), consult a doctor. You may need antibiotics if a bacterial sinus infection is suspected. Please see a healthcare provider if the headaches continue or if you notice worsening symptoms. Let me know if you need further guidance!
