Head spinning

My head has been spinning since yesterday night , more if I move my head or lie down. Am clueless as to why. Please suggest an otc sos medicine to stop this till I get a doctor visitation appointment

There are two causes of vertigo(head spinning) . One is central ( brain related ) another is ear related (i.e peripheral cause ). I need to rule out by your proper history and question answering.. Do consult so we can know root cause . Good luck
