Very recently I have started experiencing severe head ache and leg ache (calves). And that goes only if I massage my calves or eat medicine for the headache.
The leg have become weak due to some reason. Instance, if I sit for more than 15 mins in thunderbolt pose, legs start paining (below knee) when stretched.
Please suggest how to go about it.
