I am facing constipation from past few weeks, and taking isabgol and Fibrelact, still the stool is very hard which cause bleeding and pain after motion, pain is there for about 5-6 hours after motion. I am a breastfeeding mother and I have tried lactoloose as well, please suggest a stool softener that works immediately. Thanks

Drink plenty of fluids (4L/day) Eat plenty of fibre rich food i.e carrots, cucumbers, papaya, almonds oats, chia seeds etc Avoid sitting down for a longer duration Walk for 15 mins post meal
