Sometime laboratory investigation is not sufficient. Clinical investigation is very much important in some cases.

Hello,
MRI scan do not detect all problems. If the problem is related to neurotransmitter or electrolytes it wont be detected in MRI. Seeing things which are not there or misinterpreting them can be related to perception problem. You need to consult a psychiatrist for detail evaluation.
