I am facing problem of hair fall and thinning of hair I have anxiety issues I have checked my thyroid profile Free t4  is 1.66 Total t4 11.90 Tsh 2.939 Total t3 is 103 Please tell me which medicine should I take to get rid of my hairfall and thinning I am only 24 male
