Possibly gingivitis symptoms. A small sore in inner cheek adjacent to tooth. And slight swelling of gum adjacent to it and pain. Tonsil slight pain in left side too. Applying rexidin-m. Any tablets can be taken?

Gum swelling and throat pain both can be due to pulpits. Caries in the molars have these as common symptoms. Do luke warm salt water gargle and go to the nearest dentist for a check up and xray. And use hexigel for the ulcer, thrice daily.
