Repeat TVS after 2 weeks – to confirm fetal pole & cardiac activity. 🍀Relative rest – avoid heavy work, travel, intercourse till next scan. 🍀 Continue prescribed progesterone / folic acid (if advised). ⚠️Monitor for warning signs: heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pain, giddiness → visit emergency immediately. 🌿Small subchorionic bleed is common in early pregnancy and often resolves on its own with proper care and follow-up.
