Repeat TVS after 2 weeks – to confirm fetal pole & cardiac activity. 🍀Relative rest – avoid heavy work, travel, intercourse till next scan. 🍀 Continue prescribed progesterone / folic acid (if advised). ⚠️Monitor for warning signs: heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pain, giddiness → visit emergency immediately. 🌿Small subchorionic bleed is common in early pregnancy and often resolves on its own with proper care and follow-up.

Report is as of now not normal But it is too early to say Irregular margins are not a good sign You need rest and progesterone support and repeat ultrasound at 7 weeks If by 7 weeks the fetal note and cardiac activity appears all is well

At 5w3d, seeing a gestational sac is expected. Irregular margins and a small subchorionic bleed (1.2 × 0.4 cm) can be seen in early pregnancy and are often not dangerous, especially if bleeding is small. What to do next: Repeat ultrasound in 7–10 days to look for yolk sac/fetal pole and heartbeat Follow your doctor’s advice, take prescribed meds Rest, avoid heavy activity/intercourse Seek care urgently if heavy bleeding or severe pain occurs Many such pregnancies continue normally with monitoring.
