You have a history of longstanding adductor tendinopathy which likely did not get better due to overuse repetitive trauma to the tendons. The adductor tendons can lead to microscopic tears within the tendons or pulling of the tendon away from the pelvis bone.
Adductor tendinopathy is damage to the tendons of the adductor muscles in the groin. Physiotherapy is a successful treatment for adductor tendinopathy.
Next Steps
Adductor tendinopathy generally does not get better on its own and can lead to a chronic tendinopathy. You need to consult a sports physiotherapist ASAP but in the mean tine you can try cing following participation and regular gentle groin stretching. Icing should consist of crushed ice wrapped in a moist towel applied to the sore area for 15â20 minutes.
