Yess green tea is definitely good for weight loss and your overall health.It is loaded with antioxidants which shall clear up your skin and detoxify your body.But if your weight is on a higher side,just consumption of green tea would not help and you need a tailor made,personalised diet plan in order to bring down your weight.You can continue to have 3-4 cups of green tea in a day , but also make sure you eat a well balanced diet and stay away from refined,high calorie and fattening foods.Eat small and frequent meals, and make friends with 2 servings of fruits and 3 servings of veggies in a day.Limit the consumption of salt,
sugar and oil in the diet.
