Hlo, mam or sir, I'm on a diet and losing weight too Plz tell me after breakfast..and drinking a dab pani water  or an orange juice, 1 glass or any juices like beetroot.  Mosambi, how much gap is required to take a green tea plz tell me the exact answer

Beetroot juice you can have in the morning 1-2 hrs before bfast or 2 hrs after lunch. Instead of fruit juice have whole fruits for better nutritional value.

Instead of opting juices, take fresh fruits. Take green tea/ herbal tea once or max twice a day. That too not on regular basis.

You need to have minimum 2 hrs or gap between any green tea and Food ... You can hv Dal Pani or Lime water but preferabally avoid hving fruit  juices as u lose fiber
