Can I drink Green coffe on regular basis as I am doing exercise from last 2 weeks and maintaining self diet(breakfast- milk & chapati/2chapati & boiled vegetables, lunch- oats/dalia with vegetables, dinner- 1chapati,salad and vegetables) for weight loss. Age-26 Height- 5'5" Weight- 74
