You have shared that your bit D and B12 are low and an elevated TSH. You have also started the supplement, which are absolutely the first steps towards fixing it. What you need to do is: 1. Continue Methylcobalmine and Vit D supplements for a period of 8 weeks and then reassess the levels. 2. You haven't mentioned if you have been on any Thyroid medication or is this a new finding of your health check?
Next Steps
please repeat 2 tests on a fasting stomach to establish your Thyroid condition and to know the medication status for it. 1. Thyroid profile 2. Anti Thyroglobulin( Anti-Tg) antibodies.
Health Tips
you are on the right track with regards to your supplements.

TSH olis normally 0.4 - 4.0. So you are on the higher side. But the test is half done. Do a T3 and T4, to know whether the hypothyroidism is subclinical or overt. Then we will advise you accordingly. Yes, it is a matter of concern.
