Got 100.7 °C fever this morning and my body is in  pain, is it viral fever or something else? I am worried because I got a direct fever without a cold or anything else. Please suy

Most of times viral fever has insidious onset means starts with low temp ,then shoots up and then settles ... I don't think it's a viral fever ..
