Need dietician advice for gestation diabetes. I am 31 weeks pregnant now. My sugar levels are FBS 98 Ppbs 144 Hba1c 5.9

Your FBS should be < 95 and PPBS< 120, which is coming slightly high. You need to make some  healthy modifications in your diet  to bring it down. Avoid simple carbs, fats  have high fibre, high protein diet . Water intake should  be 3-4 lit in a day

Considering its a gestation Diabetes it's very important to  have a strict control on your blood sugars for better health of baby. Include complex carbohydrates and encourage more on protein in diet. Restrict fruit to 1-2serving only encourage for Vegetarian and greens in diet.
