Hello, You should have a soft diet. Cereals like maida, rice, suji & split or dehusked pulses. Soft fruits like bananas, watermelon, muskmelon, plum without skin. Vegetables like potato, lauki, tori, tinda, pumpkin. Also, drink beverages like coconut water, thin lassi, clear soup, roohafza water.

Add water 5 glasses in a day in your diet. But avoid with your meal. Don’t take excessive heat and cold foods. Avoid red chilli, onion,cucumber, mint chutney lemon tea or green tea. Hello. Avoid taking oily, spicy and very hot food . Do not use green/red chillies in cooking. Do not sleep or lie down for at least 2 hours after eating. Make sure you take 2-3 litres of water and include foods like curd, buttermilk, to help control your stomach acidity. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan.
