Hi. Can I eat Gemsoline calcium tablet when I am trying to conceive? It has calcitriol 0.25 mcg Calcium Carbonate 500 mg Zinc sulphate monohydrate 7.5 mg In the past I had deficiency of vitamin D3. Also, should I eat it in the morning/night and before/after food?

Yes take it once daily ,, If trying to conceive then also take Fol5 - one tab daily
