Menstrual history? Proper history needed. Anxiety is another cause for your symptoms. Do consult for proper treatment and follow up.

Along with your prescribed medicines, consistent lifestyle changes are important if symptoms keep recurring despite treatment, please book a consultation with me to review your reports and determine whether further evaluation, including endoscopy, is needed.

Hello, I have reviewed your ultrasound reports. The findings include: Adenomyosis: Thickening of the uterine muscle, which may cause painful or heavy periods. Possible endometrial polyp: A small growth measuring approximately 6 mm, usually benign, requiring gynaecological assessment. Liver haemangioma: A small 1.4 cm benign vascular lesion, usually requiring no treatment. Your gallbladder and pancreas appear normal. Your recurrent upper abdominal pain, bloating, and burping may be associated with gastritis, acid reflux (GERD), or functional dyspepsia. Anxiety can worsen gastrointestinal symptoms through the gut–brain connection, but it should not automatically be considered the sole cause.
Next Steps
Consult a gastroenterologist to discuss upper GI endoscopy. Since your symptoms recur after stopping medication, an elective endoscopy may be reasonable even though you currently feel better. At age 45, an immediate endoscopy is not always necessary without warning symptoms, but the decision depends on your clinical history and examination. Discuss H. pylori testing, particularly if this has not been performed previously. Consult a gynaecologist regarding adenomyosis and the possible endometrial polyp, especially if you experience abnormal uterine bleeding. Continue prescribed medication as directed and discuss any changes to Nexito Plus with your treating doctor.
Health Tips
Eat smaller meals, identify dietary triggers, and avoid lying down immediately after eating. Stress management and adequate sleep may also help. Seek medical attention for severe or persistent abdominal pain, vomiting blood, black stools, persistent vomiting, or difficulty swallowing. My recommendation: Since your symptoms are improving, an emergency endoscopy is unlikely to be necessary in the absence of warning signs. However, recurrent episodes justify a planned gastroenterology evaluation. Please do not discontinue Nexito Plus abruptly without medical supervision. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Your stomach symptoms settling quickly with medication and flaring up when you stop Nexito Plus points more toward an anxiety-linked gastritis pattern than a separate serious stomach disease. Endoscopy isn't urgent right now since you're improving, though your doctor may still suggest it electively if symptoms keep recurring. Separately, the same abdominal sonography also picked up adenomyosis and a possible small endometrial polyp in your uterus, an incidental finding unrelated to your stomach complaint.
Next Steps
You can hold off on endoscopy for now if you stay well, but don't skip it if the pain returns. Please see a gynaecologist about the adenomyosis and the possible polyp too, especially if your periods become heavier, longer or irregular.
Health Tips
Go back sooner if you develop unintended weight loss, vomiting blood, black stools, or any new abnormal bleeding.
