I have a small ganglion in my wrist joint. Can you suggest ways to dissolve this with exercise/diet?

It won’t dissolve on it’s own or not . There’s no medicine , exercise or diet given in books

Use a elastic wrist band. It may settle of its own. Surgery usually does not help. After surgery, recurrence is common.

It may resolve on its own. If pain increases - get it aspirated or removed.
